  2. These spun is used to produce goods the clothing industry. The core used are: dtex84, dtex115, dtex156.

  3. Characteristics
  4. The market of the elastic fabric is today formed 90% by stretched fabrics produced with traditionatl types of elastomer, the most famous are Lycar and Royca. The traditional elastomers don't allow the treatments that the market asks more and more. For this purpose, the american company Dow Chimical, after years of research and development, has introduced a new elastomeric polymer called XLA, whose main prerogatives are resistance to chlorine and high bidimensional sability. Resistance to chlorine responds to the need of packagers to create effects on the cloth decolouring some parts of the fabric (working on in would affect the normal elasticity). High dimensional stability allow to enhance the safety level of the finishing process, thus becoming the thermofix no more necessary, to reduce the wastes and to make it repeatable the desired elasticity level, that today varies from lot to lot. The objectivo is not to abandono the traditional corespun, but to entry the market with a corespun with value-added technical characteristics, able to occupy an important share of that 90% today constituted of less-performing spun. The first sampling, from an industrial level, of these new fabrics confirmed the outstanding characteristics as described above. Nowadaws Dow chemicals, in an attempt to pretect the new elastomer, has began an partnership with just two italian companies, one of which is Eurotessile. Eurotessile aims, with these new products and with a continuous attention towards innovative products, to broaden its products range and occupy the market niches that ask performing and high-quality spun.

  5. Quality Control during the manufacturing process
  6. The materials are controlled in terms of quality, in order to prevent impurities int the final product. The control method uses the Jossy system in the blending phase and optical instruments at the end of the process.

  7. Quality Control of the final product
  8. In order to apply the qualitative standards fixed by the VISION 2000 quality standards, our laboratory analyses randomly the products in order to grant the production quality.

  9. Products
  10. The plant is structured to produce cotton yard 100% from NE 8/1 to 30/1 for cards and from 8/1 to 40/1 for combed yarns. Inside this range it is possible to produce every different kinds both in card and combed type. It is therefore possible to satisfy particular request for non-standard kinds.

  11. Packaging
  12. In case the spun yarn is to be destined to the dyeing, it can be supplied on a dedicated tube.

  13. Vaporization
  14. At the end of the production process, every yarn are processed into vaporization, in order to make it easier to work it for further processes.

  15. Dyeing
  16. These yarns can be supplied with varius types of dyeing, depending on the need of the customer. Regarding this product, the dyeing type can be: direct-fixed, reactive and indanthrene.
